Terms of Service

Vantage connects to your website and Google Search Console to propose and, with your approval, apply search-optimisation changes, and to surface backlink opportunities.

Our agents generate recommendations automatically. No change is published to your live website without your approval, unless you explicitly enable autopilot (available on the Managed plan), which approves proposals on your behalf.

You confirm you are authorised to connect the website(s) and data sources you add to Vantage.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving proposed changes. While we design changes to improve search performance, you retain final editorial control of your website.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful content.

Search engines and AI answer engines are controlled by third parties. We apply industry best practice informed by your real data, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Any agency or tool that guarantees rankings is misleading you.

When an account’s first subscription starts on Starter or Growth through Stripe Checkout, it includes a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at checkout, but no charge is taken that day. We will send a reminder to your account email three days before the trial ends. The trial does not repeat after a plan switch, cancellation or resubscription.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the current monthly price — £29 for Starter or £179 for Growth — and the subscription then renews monthly in advance until cancelled. Launch has no free trial and is charged at £79 when the subscription starts. Managed services are agreed and billed separately.

You can cancel from Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing. If you cancel during a trial, you will not be charged and access continues until the trial ends. If you cancel a paid monthly subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Switching an existing active plan does not begin a new free trial.

We do not charge setup fees or lock self-serve customers into long-term contracts. We may change prices with advance notice; any separately agreed managed-service terms continue to apply.

You may revoke our access to any connected platform at any time. Doing so stops further changes. Previously applied changes remain on your site; each change is logged with its before-and-after values so it can be reverted.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
