Terms of Service

Vantage connects to your website and Google Search Console to propose and, with your approval, apply search-optimisation changes, and to surface backlink opportunities.

Our agents generate recommendations automatically. No change is published to your live website without your approval, unless you explicitly enable auto-approval for specific change types.

You confirm you are authorised to connect the website(s) and data sources you add to Vantage.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving proposed changes. While we design changes to improve search performance, you retain final editorial control of your website.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful content.

Search engines and AI answer engines are controlled by third parties. We apply industry best practice informed by your real data, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Any agency or tool that guarantees rankings is misleading you.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge setup fees and do not lock you into long-term contracts unless separately agreed in writing for managed services.

You may revoke our access to any connected platform at any time. Doing so stops further changes; previously applied changes remain on your site unless you revert them (every change is revertible from your dashboard).

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
